Izzy's Blessing Weekend

We had a great weekend. My dad came to visit, and he got to meet his grandson for the very first time. They played together, napped together, and just enjoyed each other's company.

 

 

We even managed to capture Izzy's 1st ever on-camera smile! Note the ferocious baby bodyguard's snout in the background.

Once it was time for his blessing on Sunday, Izzy was a happy little boy and Brian gave him a beautiful blessing. Afterward, we had family and friends over for pulled pork sandwiches. 

 

This picture is missing a lot of people, since we took it at the end after people started to leave. Still, to those of you who came & supported Izzy on his big day, thank you! We love you, & it sure meant a lot to us!
